Im probably the cleanest person… out of all my friends, family everyone and i get it. I mean wtf.
I got it right and at first i had no idea what it was, i thought it was just a scar or something so i left it for a while and it didnt stop and then i realised i gotta check it out and it turns out i had impetigo and whats worse it was on my dam nose.. of all places lol. My dad, "genius" said use some soda crem or whatever its called and it worked, it got rid of it the thing is its left a little scar on my nose… as its on my nose its hard not to notice it but the scar is quite deep… its like a little dark orange circle and ive tried creams to get rid of it but nothing… i really want to get rid of this scar, is there anything that will work? Any home remedies?

I can’t answer the first question. Impetigo is caused by Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pyogenes. These two bacteria are on our skin at all times and both are opportunistic so it has nothing to do with your hygiene.
As to the second question, ecthyma, one of the three types of impetigo, is known for scarring the skin. I know of no "home remedies" for treating scars but there are products you can buy at a pharmacy or market. Try Mederma topical gel made by Merz Pharmaceuticals.
