You would be quite itchy from flea bites. It sounds like you have just noticed this sore without it being itchy. I think you should go and see the doctor as it may be impetigo which requires treatment. You should not really have your dogs in your bed with you - let them sleep next to your bed on the floor if they must be with you at night. Treat them regularly for fleas and worms!!
