		<description>What you are describing does not sound like flea bites. You would be quite itchy from flea bites. It sounds like you have just noticed this sore without it being itchy.

I think you should go and see the doctor as it may be impetigo which requires treatment. 

You should not really have your dogs in your bed with you - let them sleep next to your bed on the floor if they must be with you at night. Treat them regularly for fleas and worms!!</description>
