Ok, i first noticed a dime sized sore on the back of my thy,,i didn’t think much of it a week passed and it was still their ; anyways i then starting noticing small bumps on my inner thys then stomach ,then back and chest, and im very clean a take baths regularly , anyways i need to know if my dog has fleas and its flea bites or if its contagiouse impetigo,,and my dogs like to curl up with me in bed,,,what could it be? and what should i do?

What you are describing does not sound like flea bites. You would be quite itchy from flea bites. It sounds like you have just noticed this sore without it being itchy.
I think you should go and see the doctor as it may be impetigo which requires treatment.
You should not really have your dogs in your bed with you – let them sleep next to your bed on the floor if they must be with you at night. Treat them regularly for fleas and worms!!
