do i have impetigo?
I have a few scabs around my nose and sting a lot.It is not itchy or anything just looks like scabs which are stinging.Thanks for your help.

It could be just dry skin, try putting some cortisone on it!
If this dosen’t help maybe you should check with your doctor.
