ive been sick for a few days now yesterday i found out i have strep throat well i have this sore on my face from the tip of my top lip to to the tip of the inside of the nose lol anyways it looks like a cold sore whitch i always get but usaly they are on my lips
like question is Can adults get impetigo

Yep, I had it when I was 31. I had cold sores triggered by an allergic reaction and they got horribly infected with impetigo. The only good thing is I got pulled out of work for 3 days.
I was given an antibiotic and a cream that is for cold sores, it was expensive but will stop a cold sore in its tracks.
