whenever i eat nuts i get tight chest and really big, pussy, red, itchy spots on/around my nose and mouth the next day
Do i have a nut allergy?
The spots aren’t like your normal pimple, they’re like impetigo, really bad!
Also, how do they test for nut allergies? Is it only by blood test? ..
